The purpose of the familiarization visit was to familiarize with the reforms implemented in the VET sector in Germany, explore the role of the private sector and the experience of dual education:

The delegation's first stop was the Rheingau Vocational School in Geisenheim, where the Armenian side got acquainted with the German model of management of professional education and training institutions, in particular, to the mechanisms for calculating the financing of the training of individual professions, as well as the experience of organizing business activities in institutions:

The members of the delegation got acquainted with the recruitment of teachers in the VET field at the Goethe University Teacher Education Center in Frankfurt, training and certification, career progression program: The experience of the university in education and training was presented, and, if necessary, also through pilot or pilot programs:

A familiarization visit was also made to Mannheim University of Applied Labor Studies, where RA representatives got acquainted with the German experience of career counseling and job placement: In particular, the role and working methods of the Employment Agency were presented, forms and methods of professional orientation of young people:

Next visit of the delegation to the Chamber of Crafts in Frankfurt (HWK) and was a Vocational Training and Technology Center in Weiterstadt: Organization of intermediate and final exams are presented here, certification procedures and methods:
