Closing event of the Erasmus+ SD VET program implemented by the BKG Foundation in Vienna. summary of achievements and new perspectives on sustainable development

2025On December 11, the "Business and Education Partnership" fund was held in Vienna, the capital of Austria. (BKG Foundation) Erasmus+ "Development of social entrepreneurship structures for VET institutions of the Eastern Partnership" implemented by(SZ MKU) program closing event:

During the event, the participants jointly realized the strengths and weaknesses of the program, opportunities and threats (SWOT analysis) discussion was recorded as a result, that the SD VET program has significantly contributed to strengthening the connection between education and the labor market by promoting the integration of social entrepreneurship ideas in the educational programs of the engineering sector.

In the framework of the project, an SD manual was developed, articles and educational materials, analyzes were performed, training courses were organized, as well as study visits to Italy and Greece for students and representatives of VET institutions.

One of the key components of the SD M&E program is the cooperation of partners from European and Eastern Neighborhood countries, at the basis of which a special place was occupied by the deepening of interaction between business and education:

The SD VK program was important, that education is the main factor of sustainable development, which is a clear direction and will continue even after the official end of the project.
