"Preliminary professional (CRAFTSMAN) The procedure for restoring the student law of the student's student law in educational institutions implementing secondary vocational education programs

Based on «About legal acts» Part 1 of Article 19 of the RA Law and «Pre-professional (artisanal) and about secondary vocational education» Part 3 of Article 21 of the RA Law, as well as pre-professional (artisanal) and in order to regulate the process of restoring the student right of a person who has left his studies incomplete in an educational institution implementing secondary professional educational programs:

                                                           I COMMAND.
1.Confirm «Pre-professional (artisanal) եվ միջին մասնագիտական կրթական ծրագրեր իրականացնող ուսումնական հաստատություններում ուսումնառությունը անավարտ թողած անձի ուսանողական իրավունքի վերականգնման կարգը»according to the application:
2.Preliminary of the staff of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia (artisanal) and the department of secondary professional education (chief: R. Abrahamyan) and the legal department (acting head: L. Grigoryan) submit this document to the state registry in the prescribed manner:
3.Preliminary (artisanal) և միջին մասնագիտական կրթության վարչությանը սահմանված կարգով հրամանը ներկայացնել շահագրգիռ գերատեսչություններին և նախնական մասնագիտական (artisanal) ու միջին մասնագիտական կրթական ծրագրեր իրականացնող պետական և հավատարմագրված ոչ պետական ուսումնական հաստատությունների տնօրեններին (ռեկտորներին): 
4.Սույն հրամանի կատարման հսկողությունը հանձնարարել նախարարի տեղակալ Մ. Մկրտչյանին:
