Based on «About legal acts» Part 1 of Article 19 of the RA Law and «Pre-professional (artisanal) and about secondary vocational education» Part 3 of Article 21 of the RA Law, as well as pre-professional (artisanal) and in order to regulate the process of restoring the student right of a person who has left his studies incomplete in an educational institution implementing secondary professional educational programs:

1.Confirm «Pre-professional (artisanal) եվ միջին մասնագիտական կրթական ծրագրեր իրականացնող ուսումնական հաստատություններում ուսումնառությունը անավարտ թողած անձի ուսանողական իրավունքի վերականգնման կարգը»according to the application:
2.Preliminary of the staff of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia (artisanal) and the department of secondary professional education (chief: R. Abrahamyan) and the legal department (acting head: L. Grigoryan) submit this document to the state registry in the prescribed manner:
3.Preliminary (artisanal) and to the Department of Secondary Vocational Education to submit the order to the concerned departments and pre-professional (artisanal) and directors of state and accredited non-state educational institutions implementing secondary professional educational programs (rectors): 
4.To assign the supervision of the implementation of this order to Deputy Minister M. Mkrtchyan:
