“Tasty meeting” at Yerevan Regional N1 State Collage
The members of “Development and Preservation of the Customs of Armenian Cuisine” NGO Gagik Gevorgyan , Ruben Poghosyan and the chairman Sedreak Mamulyan were hosted at Yerevan Regional N1 State Collage on December 2, 2014.
At first future cooks (students) and the guests talked about the importance of “Cook” specialty as well as peculiarities of Armenian Cuisine. The guests also spoke about the project when they had represented Armenian Cuisine in Middle Asia, Argentina and Moscow.
Master classes from Armenian leading chief-cooks were followed which was the most expected part of the meeting. The future cooks had a unique opportunity to get acquainted with three traditional dishes of Armenian rich and original cuisine.
The visit of professional cooks and the master classes made a deep impression on young cooks. This event was another step forward in development and improvement of professional skills which will surely be continued.
