"Business and Education Association" Workshops on Digital Change and Business Simulations

From April 8–12, 2025, the Business and Education Association, in collaboration with the Bildungswerk der Wirtschaft Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (e.V) ., organized a series of interactive workshops as part of the Association Partnership Program, with the participation of international expert from Germany. The aim of the workshops was to strengthen the capacities of educational institutions,, teachers, students, and representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). :

The key topics of the workshops included:

1. Business Modeling and Virtual Testing - The expert introduced tools, to support the development and virtual testing of business models by enterprises and educational institutions.

2. Digital Change Management and Quality Standards – Representatives of the business and education sectors explored digitalization tools, criteria for evaluating their effectiveness, and modern approaches to ensuring quality in education.:

3. Change management in VET Institutions - International best practices, change management , models, and mechanisms for their implementation were presented.

4. Gamification in Education - Demonstration via a web platform showcased , how gamification can be transformed into an effective educational tool for developing entrepreneurial skills.

Participants included heads of educational institutions, teachers, students, and business professionals.
